if you cannot run wire and MUST use wireless...
Get some cheap wireless routers and configure them as access points. Give each one a different SSID. Setup one with WEP instead of WPA to deal with the PS3. And so on.

Guest access: buy a ZyXel ZyWall router. Use it instead of your normal router. It can wall off guests.
