Can you post your config so that we can see how the router is configured? (remove/fudge any sensitive information)

Has the ISP confirmed that your router has logged in to their network successfully, and not just meerly established a connection to the DSLAM?

I am not familiar with SDM so I cant help you in that respect. I configure all of my routers via the CLI - and thats the way it should be.
