Though, what I MEANT by the movement thing is that I think because of that power failure, it perhaps CAUSED the satellite to shift out of it's orbit slightly. That's all. As in, it's not in it's usual spot as it has been for the past 8 or so years. (Just in noting that most everyone whom reported the problem seems to have a lower signal strength.)
Same hemisphere, just reading from a script.... I actually feel sorry for the Indians. Having to read a script, and no real knowledge of the system.
