I'm not at home right now but where I'm at the person had two HD boxes. The pause button on both remotes don't work for one box. Is that a box issue?

Utica, MI		 Pause for what? VOD? The would be the only thing the pause button would be used for on HD boxes. Is one a HD DVR by any chance and the other is just a plain HD box?

It doesn't work for both remotes? Thats odd. Can you pause on VOD? I never tried it. I'm sure you can. It could be what imrf said with 1 box being different than the other. If it really is your remote you can e-mail WOW and tell them the button on your remote does not work and they will e-mail you back telling you they will send a new one. Thats what I did a couple weeks ago.

Yep. That would be the only function of the pause button for a HD box that isn't a DVR. Otherwise, it isn't supposed to do anything.

It's a DVR box. It would seem to to it randomly one day. The next morning all seemed well and everything works again. It would do it on live programming.
