| What is the problem with billing to virtual CC #s?
This is extremely frustrating. It seems that dslextreme had finally gotten the billing procedure right, as there has been no problem for the last three months. The virtual credit card I used was just declined for the July 3 billing, so the issue has returned.
I have just rechecked and there is more than enough of a balance to handle the billing, and the virtual # is not expired.
Knowing how these virtual #s work, I can only guess that the name (dslexteme's) on the billing was changed. It must be exactly the same from month to month for the charge to go through. |

| reply to perlster Hi perlster -
I would be happy to further look into this for you. Do you have your account setup on recurring monthly payments. (i.e. You have your credit card on file with us and we attempt to deduct the balance on the 1st of the month) Or are you going to the one time payments page and entering your credit card information in to make your payment.
There have not been any changes to the way that payments are processed in quite sometime. If you send me your account information, I would be happy to take a closer look with our credit card processing company though.
Thanks -- George General Manager DSL Extreme Will work for reviews. |
