<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1172991"><b>shelby10763</b></A> : SL CSRs have said that they were adding new HD channels in Eastern NC on July 1. Well July 1 comes and no new HD channels. I called and I found out that all NC markets got the new channels except the Greenville area.<br><br>The CSR said that they didn't have the bandwidth for new channels. She rudely said that they were working on it but didn't have a time frame for the new service. Nice!<br><br>Does Dish have bandwidth issue?]]></description>
