I don't know how long this has been going on, but it seems that 99% of the channels are frozen. Some channels work, like tv guide, but most are frozen.
This is with expanded basic, no digital box. |

Oh well.
Kinda strange how all the shopping channels worked fine though.
I bet it was a evil ploy by Charter to get people to buy more useless crap, so Charter can get a percentage of the sale.  |
