It's the shed/garage that accounts for the rest. Also, don't plan in using any of the other 4 acres, I'm sure it's jungle and swamp. I sold my house in Tampa just about a year ago and prices were starting to take a dive then. While Sarasota is nice... over the past 10 years it grew from nothing to a huge sprawling city. I think the recent housing trend is really affecting it like a stretched rubber band. (I could remember visiting my grandmothers place Siesta Key 35 years ago. Things have changed since then.
