I saw the work order that the ATT tech had and it said caped at 1500/512 DSLExtreme so apparently I can read.
Without seeing the order I'd say that was your cap which ASI set and your ISP. I'm glad you can read that helps.

And why does ATT say I can get 1500/3000 through them because if ATT is capping DSLE then I would call that a violation of antitrust laws.
They say you can "get it" doesn't mean you'll be able to retain it and it will stable. Next time the tech comes out you should ask him/her that. Antitrust laws? Say what? You got me confused there.
