 I'm an "excessive user".

Basically, once you're classified as an "excessive user", your connection speed is throttled 75% (in my case, $30 a month for 1Mb gets me 256k for over 1/2 the month).

Doesn't matter now. I'm done with them. Apparently we're just not meant for each other
