I would be happy to take a look at the account for you and see if there were any problems with the order. If you would like me to take a look just send me a PM with your account info.
Please make sure that the modem is connected to the line without a filter and that ANY and ALL other phone devices on the same line are filtered(or unplugged for troubleshooting purposes). With that in mind the phone company has until midnight on the due date to activate the digital service on the line. -- Zak
