I would like to thank DSLX_Zak and the DSL Extreme team as they were quick and very helpful. The customer support that called me was very nice and considerate. The speed I am getting is as advertise and I am very happy. I would definitely recommend DSL Extreme to anyone that I know. I hope DSL Extreme keeps up their service and I will be a customer for A LONG time. Once again thank you DSLX_Zak and the entire DSL Extreme team. ]]></description>

If you would like me to take a look just send me a PM with your account info.<br><br>Please make sure that the modem is connected to the line without a filter and that ANY and ALL other phone devices on the same line are filtered(or unplugged for troubleshooting purposes). <description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1563026"><b>mrblaineng</b></A> : So i placed my order for dsl extreme on the 29 of June and today was supposed to be the activation date. I checked on the dsl extreme site and it says my account is active, but when I plug everything into my speedstream 4100 modem my dsl light flashes green for 3-4 seconds then flashes red for 3-4 seconds, and the internet light is not on. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem before. Thanks.]]></description>
