| 3G fixed wireless is primarily geared toward business/commercial applications as far I know, with Accel Networks being the largest player. They are MVNO's (Mobile Virtual Network Operators) that piggyback off of the major telcos like Sprint, Verizon, etc. They are used mainly for point of purchase sales at retail locations that have no terrestrial connections available. Although they have a SLA with customers and guaranteed up time, unlimited data, it is almost twice the cost of a cellco plan. Coverage is dependent on the carrier towers in your area. That is what I know. I could be wrong, someone will correct me if I am.
