Talk to Paetec. If they're nice (and competent), they should be able to announce it on your behalf. If you're single-homed, there's no need to run BGP on your side just to announce one block to one provider.

If you have the space, might as well use it. If you decide Paetec sucks at some point in the future you can move without renumbering, which is a huge plus.
