| Didn't mean to hate, or imply that your company would be a flash in the pan. I was attempting to say what sporkme said. My company acts as an upstream for several wisps. Because most of them are single homed and we have plenty of upstream bandwidth we peer with them, and allocate them as many justified IPs as they need. We then provide them with as much bandwidth as they want (can pay for) and they go on their merry way. Some of them have their own ASNs and PI blocks, and for those guys we peer with, and advertise their blocks upstream. Some of them don't have their own ASNs so we peer with a private ASN and then strip it when we announce upstream. Once again, didn't mean to imply that your business was short lived. That was my bad. |
