The wired are often $60 and the wireless G are $80. There is a pan and tilt wireless for $100. You will have to watch the sales to get these prices, but they are on sale a lot.

Fry's had a great deal on a complete package I am very happy with. I went with hard wired cameras, since I can already see so many wireless networks in my neighborhood, when I boot my notebook.
The video is compressed to MPEG4, and leaving it running while gone to work(10-11 hours) only uses 250-300 MB, which I delete after a couple of days.

You can probably see what they have online, but they have lots in their stores, both the Gwinnett Place store and the Alpharetta store. Been thinking about doing the same, but instead I just aimed one of my USB cameras outside for now.
