It was a unfinished basement and it wasnt to bad getting up through the walls. I put 8 drops in, and the only hole's I had were the drywall rectangle for my low voltage box.

All I needed was a fish tape, string, beer and a Saterday afternoon.

Me and a Pal did his house a month later and he had a drop ceiling, it wasnt that much harder.

They tend to be a pain in the ass to do neatly, espcially after the drywall's up - and if you're moving in about a week, it'll be up and finished.

Look in the phonebook under "Interconnect" - or check with local electricians, if they do data work.

Absolutely NOT! Some != "Any".

Many electricians have no clue what they're doing as far as voice/data cabling goes. Every new house I've seen in the past three years had Cat 5e stapled to studs because they were done by the builders' electricians.
