| reply to Anon you may just say yes or no. I read that pdf. But giving same output power in high bandwidth seemed me weird in normal wi-fi. But It seems that is regular wi-fi device. Thnx for everything, would we have to use XR2 for that? |

| reply to sarpkaya Ok, my turn.
Look at the above specs posted by LLigetfa.
First it lists specs for 802.11b rx and tx. Next it lists specs for 802.11g rx and tx.
I would guess that the device in question is an 802.11 device with what appear to be quite nice TX and RX numbers for both 802.11b and 802.11g. What clued me in to the fact that it was an 802.11 device was the fact that the spec sheet says it is an 802.11 device. Please note that an 802.11 device is commonly called a "Wi-Fi" device.
I hope this helps. |

| reply to sarpkaya said by sarpkaya :But giving same output power in high bandwidth seemed me weird in normal wi-fi. Around here they call that quality. The amps in cheap consumer routers cannot run the same power in the higher data rates due to EVM and so are throttled back.
Anyway, I wonder if those specs are "antenna adjusted"? The RX specs seem to hint that but then the TX would be weak if that were the case. -- Strange as it seems, no amount of learning can cure stupidity, and formal education positively fortifies it. -- Stephen Vizinczey |

Although many would say the XR2 is high quality (I am not passing judgment one way or another) and since it is from the same manufacturer, that is the best choice - of course that is entirely up to you and your business plan. |

On the other hand, sometimes I have noticed that some of us also need advices or feedback and not much members are participative. However, there are SOME cool guys I recognize and very participative. Note: This is just a simple observation and Im not trying to point my finger at anyone in specific. Maybe sarpkaya's questions are easier than those posted by others. I generally try to answer anything I can for any posters. |

One has to realize that that there is a HUGE cultural difference in the way we look at things compared to sarpkaya . Try to remember that he has to first gather his thoughts in his own language and then transfer those thoughts to this website and do it in English. Very few of us speak more than one language, so for us to chat, it is no big deal. It makes sense to me that sometimes what he asking can come across as odd. I am not sure what his native language is?, Arabic perhaps??. I am hoping this is the reason for some of the strange questions and/or ideas I have seen to this point?. -- »www.wavecrazy.net

| TR means Turkey not an arabic country state or arabic country. I'm a bit lazy person, I don't try to explain something, I use rarely "term words", because there are lots of difference between EU and USA, I didn't memorized USA terms and I don't know all of them, like you may not know RIPE. |
