Re: It's so hard to read the words that come.. Actually, with the massive foreclosures, property values suck anyway and AT&T is deploying this stuff where nobody will live anymore soon. 
Personally, I think AT&T should pay rent if you don't use them. If they don't pay rent, you can always have some crooked salvage yard come and get that box. Or, you can make sure the water sprinkler hits it 4 hours a day at night.
