[BHN] CFL Mystro info Menus?

came home tonight to find out my box was upgraded and it was on this menu and i took pics of it. helpfully some one can explain what this stuff all means.

 All that stuff is diagnostic information used by techs to figure out whats going on with your cable box. Normally to access that menu you have to hold down select until the message light on your box blinks, then press the down arrow.

Nothing to worry about, just hit the exit button and id should go away.
