I don't know why does wow! have comcast listed. I already get comcast sport from wow in HD, and basic cable so you tell me why they dealing with comcast.

Where's the second channel comcast+?

Since some of us get Comcast Sports net!

I'm assuming that would be like our Fox Sports Detroit and when the Tigers and Red Wings are playing at the same time they move one of the teams to FSN+ which is an alternative channel that is only on when a scheduling conflict occurs. Fox Sports Detroit tells you what channel it is ahead of time or tells you to go to the Fox Sports Detroit website and look too see what channel FSN+ would be airing on your cable lineup. WOW! and Comcast puts it on the local access channel here in Michigan.

Try the local access channels or venture on over to Comcast sports website to see the channel listing.

I'm in Michigan and I've never seen a comcast channel in WOWs lineup here. Guess it's different there..

Well, we do have Comcast Sportsnet+, but its not in HD unfortunately. I think channel 15 is CSN+. Usually the games overlap for a few innings when both are on CSN. When the first game ends (White Sox game), then the Cubs game will be on both CSN and CSN+. I wish they would add CSN+ HD too (designate a channel for it like Comcast does), but I am not sure if they will. Worse comes to worse we just have to watch a few innings in crappy ole standard, but then the game will be shown on our regular CSN HD channel for the remainder of whats left of the game after the first game (White Sox) are finished playing.

I forgot to say I'm from chicago.

I got to see the cubs game but the game was in progress in comcast HD.

By then it was 5-0 and they were killing the Giants.

Comcast owns FOX sports here in chicago so

Comcast SPORTS NET = FOX SPORTS NET

So is channel 15 comcast+ in chicago?

The one good thing about WOW! is the fact they have comcast sports net or also know as FSN. Thank you WOW!

The other providers here like dish network will charge extra to upgrade your programming to your bill just to watch it.

Channel 15 is indeed CSN+. At least where I am at. I am located in Naperville. I think the channel lineups for WOW is the same all throughout Chicago except for the inner city possibly.

As far as Dish, thats what sucks. They charge you $5 extra for your locals, but then I think you have to spend an additional $5 to get some sports pack in order to receive the Fox Sports/Comcast Sportsnet channels and you will only be able to pick up games in your local market. I could be wrong on this, but the last time I checked out the prices this is what it was.

I'm around that area!

Yes! Dish charges $4-5 just for one comcast channel, and $5 more for locals so WOW is actually cheaper then dish in this instance.

No they don't. Fox owns Fox Sports Net Midwest for IL, and Comcast owns Comcast Sports net.

Chicago Illinois, northwestern Indiana, Iowa, non-Milwaukee market areas of southern Wisconsin

Chicago Bulls (NBA), Chicago Cubs (MLB), Chicago White Sox (MLB), Chicago Blackhawks (NHL), Chicago Fire (MLS), coverage of local women's college basketball games, as well as softball (the Chicago Bandits), arena football (mainly the Chicago Rush), and the Chicago Shamrox, a National Lacrosse League team.

Replaced FSN Chicago. Owned 20% by Comcast, as well as 20% each by the Bulls, Blackhawks, White Sox, and Cubs .

Comcast is part owner (with St. Louis, Missouri-based Charter Communications) of CSS (Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast), a regional network serving the southeastern portion of the nation, based in Atlanta. CSS carries primarily collegiate and high school sports in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, and South Carolina. CSS is not directly related to Comcast SportsNet.

Comcast also co-owns (with NewsCorp) the Sun Sports cable television network based in Orlando, Florida (Sun Sports and FSN Florida are operated and programmed together by FOX, the latter channel being entirely NewsCorp-owned). In April 2007, Comcast bought 60 percent of FSN Bay Area and 50 percent of FSN New England from Cablevision's Rainbow Media Holdings LLC subsidiary (which had partnered with FOX to create FSN). As a result, Comcast took over control of what is now CSN New England.[5], and Comcast has announced plans to increase the amount of local programming on the channel[6]. Also, with Comcast having assumed full management control, FSN Bay Area was renamed CSN Bay Area on March 31, 2008 and is being run alongside the already-launched CSN West.

Comcast also helped form MountainWest Sports Network (the mtn.), with CSTV (now CBS College Sports Network) and The Mountain West Conference. This was the first regional sports network dedicated strictly to a single NCAA Division 1 conference[7].

Similarly, Comcast owns local channels, branded CN8, based in the Philadelphia and Boston metropolitan areas. CN8 is aired on most Comcast cable systems along the East Coast from Boston to Richmond, Virginia, and is sometimes carried on other cable operators. The CN8 channels are primarily local news/information channels, but carry some regional sports programming, including Eastern League baseball, and some Phillies games within the Phillies' designated market.

Comcast also owned a local sports network in Detroit and available across Michigan and central Indiana, CL Comcast Local. CL carried collegiate and high school sports from their area, as well as minor league sports throughout its broadcast area. CL ceased operations at the end of February 2008 as every major pro or college team in the region had its programming tied to FSN Detroit and/or the Big Ten Network.
