Miami, FL		Vonage not receiving calls!

Not able to receive calls since last night. Called Vonage, they said many of their accounts are unable to receive calls from POT or cell phone. No idea when it will be fixed.

Should be fixed by now. A fiber line was cut off in Virginia and Florida.

It is now 11:17 am CDT. Still not working. Callers are told "your call cannot be completed at this time." I can, however, make outgoing calls. It should be nice if they would post a service announcement on their website (where provided after customer login) to let us know what the heck is happening. On the whole, I like Vonage but their customer service is seriously lacking!!!
