their VOIP service is amazing - expensive, but zero hiccups. It uses a dedicated channel for it's bandwidth, so cable doesnt 'interfere' with it. But if you try using a 3rd party VOIP service on it's cable line, good luck.

I had RR voice and it worked fine. But RR HSI worked fine too.
