You cant get Turbo or Extreme Speeds anymore, due them not being 'able to support it'.
If you're a current user of Turbo and Extreme, you'll be lucky to get over 8mbs during peak times. |

Jamestown, NC | Yep, we just switched a user to Verizon DSL because his Road Runner couldn't even support a VoIP call during peak hours. It was awful. |

Astoria, NY | their VOIP service is amazing - expensive, but zero hiccups. It uses a dedicated channel for it's bandwidth, so cable doesnt 'interfere' with it. But if you try using a 3rd party VOIP service on it's cable line, good luck. |
