| Frankly, if you are having a complicated issue I don't recommend calling in. Like you have said, dealing with agents who are foreign can sometimes have difficulty grasping technical issues, this is especially true if you have a good working knowledge of computers and/or networking.

There are always options other than calling, while it may be too late for you, for the rest of you telus customers, try and keep that in mind. |
