SMBB and voice service... useable on handset?

I just signed up for voice service from sprint, but already have SMBB. I was wondering if I could use the internet on my new handset (Samsung M520) without adding a separate data plan for it.

Only via Power Vision if you don't have a PAM plan. I have the same phone.
