I would like to ask a favor and ask you for some positive thoughts and prayers...
A really good friend of mine found out that she might have a tumor near the frontal cortex of the brain... nothing definite yet, she's going for a cat scan next week. I am hoping and praying that this will turn out to be nothing.
She already survived leukemia when she was five years old and it would be horrible to see her have to go through this again.

Thank you guys, I appreciate your support. She got the results back yesterday and they believe she has meningiomas - a brain tumor. The good news is that 90% of cases are non-malignant. She has a few more visits to get a second opinion and to speak about possible treatments and I'm keeping my hopes up for a non-invasive way of removing it. She's a fighter though - she kicked leukemia's ass when she was five and she'll kick the shit out of this too!
