They'll fix it soonish.

Just keep calling CS, if you like, as they're your best bet to inform Sprint of the outage. A down tower does not go unnoticed for long, though.

Springfield, MO		 It went down yesterday, I just got done "chatting" with a rep on sprint's website, the rep reported the outage to the engineers (at least that is what she said).
