Getting better latency and QOS numbers from Suddenlink?

How does one go about getting better quality of service numbers from Suddenlink? While the speed is relatively good, I need some better QOS numbers. I have a business account 1.5 down / I think it is a 384 up? I have a Dual WAN router and have Embarq DSL on one side, so I'm checking them against each other - which I know isn't entirely fair due to the differences in network topologies, etc.. But since they do offer VOIP services, I know it can be better than what I'm getting. Also, since I pay a pretty penny in comparison to the residential sub, I'd like to get the service to be more useful.

I'd upgrade the Embarq circuit to a MetroE. Their offering the service (10/10) for about 250 a month.
