Frustrated with Suddenlink

I canceled my service with Suddenlink in the Eastern Sierra in CA, and 2.5 months later have not received the refund they told me I am due. I have called them several times and am told to wait another week. I'm getting tired of waiting but don't find any other recourse on their website. I have called the support number on my bill, 800-832-2258, but that hasn't done any good.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Call them and threaten to call your state Better Business Bureau and maybe even your state Attorney Generals Office if they don't get you your refund asap... I think that 2-1/2 months is way to long to wait for a refund...

I waited for 10 months to receive a refund from Verizon when I canceled my Verizon DSL and signed up with Suddenlink.. Of course it was only a $1.32 that they owed me, but it still took them 10 months to get it to me... When I canceled my service and they told me I had a $1.32 credit coming to me I 1st told them to just keep it.. It wasn't worth it send out such a small refund check.. For 10 Months they sent me a statement every month showing a $1.32 credit balance, then finally one day a check came for that amount... Now just think about it... Look at all that postage they spent on sending me all those statements and the final refund check... How dumb can they be...
