This makes no sense to me because when my modem had the correct config file, I was able to get the full 6mbps down. The only time I had problems is when they randomly pushed the wrong config out to me and then I could call them, complain, and they would push the right config. Bam right back to having full speeds until the wrong config was pushed out to my modem again.
