 Cox offers the Cox Service Assurance Plan which is basically an inside wiring maintenance plan which covers any potential charges for inside wiring and equipment troubleshooting. This plan varies in price depending on the market you are in but generally runs $3-$4/month. If you are not enrolled in this plan there is the potential for an inside troubleshooting fee.
