Service Provider Corporation

Same here. Of course AT&T uses SPC on that end of it. I'm wondering if Verizon also uses SPC which would be why we have the same ip address ranges? It's bad enough that I'm in Everett, Wa but my ip addy suggests I'm in California. Very strange stuff here.
