Reset packets

About a week ago I started to notice an abnormal amount of web pages that while loading come up with the "The connection was reset" page. My router has been reset multiple times, and I have tried my router at a friends house with Telus and they had no problems. I don't use bit torrent ever, however recently I have downloaded quite a bit from sites (~50 GB).
So just wondering is Shaw the one who is throwing the reset packets?

I am seeing the problem as well, this just started happening two days ago when Shaw was out for most of the day.

Seeing something weird. Not sure I'd call it reset packets since it seems to be impacting my uploads.
I can upload about 10-15mb, and the connection resets. However, its impacting every connection I make after the reset for about 1 minute to 1:30 (no internet connectivity at all).

This is a very common issue if you are using Shaw DNS Servers, try changing your dns servers to (4.2.2.1 & 4.2.2.2).
