| Sorry, I did not miss it. The 2 situations are different. The US ISP's are volunteering to block these websites. They are not being ordered to by the Government.
Also the US ISP's are not taking arbitrary suggestions from end users like in France.
Lastly the US ISPs are not blocking sites tagged as "Terrorism"
