Also make sure you didn't enable uPnP as this can conflict if you're manually doing port forwarding.<br><br>Since you're trying to see if you can pass traffic between two different IPs behind the router see if you can connect from the PC to the PS3. <br>Are you able to telnet to 192.168.254.30 port 5223 from the PC? Anything behind the router shouldn't be affected by the router's firewall, so if you can't connect then port 5223 might not be turned up on your ps3.<br><br>I need sleep. Good luck. I just port turned on my sshd and port fowarded it and took a couple snaps of before and after. <description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/740101"><b>psydfx</b></A> : I've never had any problem port forwarding both the Seimens and the 2wire. <br><br>Almost everytime I've come across someone having problems with port forwarding is due to a software firewall causing conflicts.<br><br>Let me add that if you're trying to verify that the port is open by using some sort of ping check or something like &raquo;<A HREF="http://www.canyouseeme.org/" >www.canyouseeme.org/</A> you have to make sure you have something serving on the port you're testing or it will have nothing to connect to and will appear the same way if you didn't have the port forwarded.<br><br>This is the problem with using those programs with torrent software, a lot of the time the software uses a port range and randomly opens ports within that range. It's pretty hard to verify if the port isn't actively being served to.<br><br>If you go to a terminal command prompt and open a connection by typing 'telnet localhost port#' and it says connection refused then you don't have anything hosted on that port for the rest of the world to see as 'open'. <br>ie 'telnet localhost 22' to check to see sshd is running properly.<br><small>--<br>the opinions expressed herein are my own and do not represent my employer in any way</small>]]></description>

Neither does Siemens. I got about 10 different phones numbers and 6 of them were dead, and the rest were phone numbers to other companies. <br><br>Today, i was finally able to get a correct siemens phones number, but all the guy said was go to portforward.com or go to dslreports.com.. i just laughed at the guy.. i told him that everyone from those sites are having the same problems as me. He then told me that I should call their department in the morning for proper assistance. Apparently they are located in IRELAND and that its best for us to call them 9am in the morning (our time). <br><br>This is compeltly bullshit if you ask me. Everyone from Telus has no idea whats going on. My advice, return this product ASAP or try to bridge it (have not tried that). <br><br>You can do whatever you want to port forward but this product will not support it. Blame TELUS. ]]></description>

Your modem is your gateway and it is 192.168.1.254.
