I have ran avg an spybot s&d but just as a side note I reformatted and reinstalled just to be safe. I talked to Charter tech that came to my house an he said there is no other route or switch for me to connect on just the node I was currently attached too.

As far as the servers go, regardless of time zone there is just a cluster housed in a location , ie: 50 servers in cali where 25 may be cst 25 may be pst
