FrontierNet equipment

I mow at this hotel and I was just wondering what these were and what they do. The first one I'm guessing is mabe a T1 line for calls. Its only a 50 some room hotel so don't think they would need a T3. Also they don't get their internet from the phone company so its strictly phone service. The last two pics are the same thing as the second one but closed and by my house.

This first one is just a NID where the lines come in then go off on various runs throughout the building.

The other pics just seem to be housing for a tap where CATV lines run off to houses from the feeder line.
