Re: [Scam] Anthony Morrison/Hidden Millionaires Infomercial

I actually found a little more info that may explain how all of this was funded.

He is "featured" at »www.growingwealthmag.com. That domain is owned by Dynetech.com. Guess what business Dynetech is in?

Here's a link for the curious:

Disclaimer: I am in no way implying Dynetech is doing anything wrong here. This discussion is solely about Anthony Morrison.
Really? Google its CEO, Larry Pino, and let's see if you are as nice when you get done. He's been a series of seminar businesses for years.

I was on a curiosity search tonight after coming across one of his sites and was shocked to see the NUMEROUS federal violations. Income claims without a disclaimer of any kind. Selling what would easily be interpreted as a franchise.

(quoted text snipped)

I bet when the feds finally catch up with Anthony Morrison's credit card system he'll be singing the tune of being a young man that didn't realize what he was doing was wrong.

I'll bet the IRS would be very interested in Anthony's
finances. Can you say tax evasion charges?

And the new tour dates are up. They're probably airing the informercial right now.

Look out, Minnesota. Keep your money in your pockets.

Re: [Scam] Anthony Morrison/Hidden Millionaires Infomercial

Well one good thing about this thread and others like it at other forums is if you Google Anthony Morrison Millionaires or some combination, brings up plenty of references on what a fraud it is.

There is no fast path to becoming a millionaire other than winning the lottery, although there are lots of "millionaires" is this country, it took them many years and loads of hard work, some "got in at the right time", some by way of an invention, even realty, some acquired their wealth by way of fraud.

Some legit businesses started small and over years grew into a multi-million dollar business like Ben and Jerry's, Starbucks, Google, Walmart, or Harley Davidson, and from long ago, S.S. Kresge(Kmart), Sears, Kroger, The A&P.

Thanks for noticing that and posting it here. Keeping this thread alive will hopefully save some people from being scammed.

Hidden Millionaires has developed a new wrinkle. Instead of or in addition to a $5995 investment or even a $4995 investment in a one or two hour complete insruction course, Anthony is down to offering the course for $3300 in 11 "easy" monthly payments. The objective of the new offering is to give more intensive instruction to those who can't or don't wish to shell out $5595 for the less complete program. Of course, the new shills don't want to say how many "mentors" will be coaching the "newcomers" nor how much time the mentors will be devoting to the new crop of suckers nor why those who spent $5995 for the program were not offered this new "intense" instruction. To ask such questions means that the sucker has an "attitude" which won't be tolerated by the collegiate scamming staff in their purported quest for bargain-basement testamonials.

@sbcglobal.net

I can tell you with confidence that Anthony Morrison has absolutely no intentions of actually mentoring anyone. Morrison uses "Wealth Information Networks" to do his mentoring for him and they are a scam as well. He sells the information everyone that attends his seminars gives him to them and they call and apply high pressure sales tactics in order to squeeze out several more thousands of dollars. For the people who didn't purchase at the seminar, Wealth Information Networks has been authorized by Anthony Morrison to offer them the same "system" for $500 as an incentive to get them to sign up for coaching lessons.

This is just the product of one more "brainstorming" session between him and David Gilmore. There is no doubt in my mind that this forum has already cost the company quite a bit but unfortunately, so many of his target audiences do not have internet access as they are elderly or simply don't know anything about the internet. Many don't even know where the address bar is to type in "creditcardsystem.com" once they have purchased his "system".

They're enticed into purchasing because Anthony claims that the program is so easy that it can be "up and running" before they leave the seminar and also claims that it can essentially run on it's own without their having to spend much time at all. Then he contradicts himself when they fail by telling them that they didn't "take the time to work the system". If people pay attention, they can see through him but he definitely is willing to say anything to get what he wants as many, many of us have found out the hard way.

Morrison will continue to come up with these new money making schemes but as with any scam artist, they will not benefit his buyers 99% of the time, if at all. As it has clearly been stated here on many posts, one could purchase his same system and a few REALLY great internet marketing books for about a couple of hundred bucks. As for the "internet marketing coaches" Morrison uses, you can check them out on »www.ripoffreports.com if you search for "Aaron Hoeff" or "Wealth Information Network" and if after reading all of those complaints, you STILL wants to use them, I'm sure they'll be glad to take what's left on your credit cards and checking accounts.

It's sad and almost scary how easily Morrison can lead promise these people that he's helping them, knowing all the while that he's crippling them financially so that he can make more and more money. Hopefully Minnesota isn't interested in what he's peddling.

I wonder if we could alert the Minnesota Attorney General about this. With a good heads up they might intervene.

ETA: It looks like they don't have an email address to alert them to scams, but they will take calls at (651) 296-3353 or 1-800-657-3787.

If it is so good why don't they just keep up doing it themselves.
This Gilmore guy looks familiar, seen him at another seminar. Very strange he is set apart from the group. He also advocates registering names that already have an existing company, I beleive this is unethical and many lawsuits have been filed addressing this.

His mission in life now is not about making money, it's about giving back to society & making the world a better place to live for anyone that believes in him by making them millionaires. This journey to unlimited wealth begins with the transfer of $1200-$4500 from a believers wealth into morrisons wealth.
That makes perfectly good sense to 9 out of 10 morons.

That's an excellent start for at least one of the two.

Re: [Scam] Anthony Morrison - Hidden Millionaires Infomercial

I think it's time again for a *bump* on Anthony Morrison and his Hidden Millionaires.

While I am here, this was an interesting read... A user at »www.friendsinbusiness.com/board1···d/137432 asks:
quote:
I've been laid off for a year next month, been out of unemployment for a while now living off of very little savings & no jobs around. Either too qualified or not enough. Is this gig seminar going across the country for real? I'm thinking about attending one in Pittsburgh? Can anyone elaborate on this? hiddenmillionaires.com
And a user named "Anthony Morrison" replies:
quote:
This is Anthony Morrison. I have read this thread carefully and encourage all of you to come visit me in person at one of my events. We don't mind if you don't bring your wallet, credit cards, or a check. I always encourage people to think before investing in anything, especially at a seminar. I think if you have an hour or so you owe it to yourself to come visit me IN PERSON and ask me anything you feel appropriate. Judge for yourself if my conference is something you enjoy or dislike. I am certainly not saying that everyone is going to love me, but I do know thousands who do.

I enjoy meeting people. And I really would love the opportunity to share with you all my system and my story. You won't find many "business owners" that will respond to threads like this, however, I take an active interest in my company, and the things said about it. thanks!
Super great of Anthony Morrison to be so concerned for this nearly broke and unemployed guy to point him to his conference.

In fact, another user was so impressed by Mr. Morrison and his nature, that in 2 hours of the Anthony Morrison post they couldn't wait to reply: "Spoken like a true altruist; I laud you sir!"

Altruist -n- someone who makes charitable donations intended to increase human well-being. Altruism -v- Unselfish concern for the welfare of others; selflessness.

It goes straight to the character or lack of character in morrison to see him creating profiles of "easy mark" target groups & then playing to the emotions of each group with a question/answer routine where he asks a question & then answers it himself.
If the Hidden Millionaire potential victims would just take a minute to wonder why of the 1000's of happy customers morrison claims to have, why he needs to create these vulnerable profile groups & then post questions posing as a member of these profile groups there would a dramatic decrease
in the amount of people walking around who believe they were cheated out of what little money they had.
Some vulnerable profiled groups that I'd like to see would include:

"I'm a Forensic Fraud Analyst with the FTC & I'm looking for a second income stream. I saw The Hidden Millionaire's Infomercial & wondered if anyone has started a IIFA-76a"

I can only imagine the reply.

Hi, the system has 1000's of successful students in all walks of life but through some quirk of nature, Forensic Fraud Analyst's with the FTC have had ZERO success with the system. Therefore, I am honor bound to advise that Hidden Millionaires is not available to you or any of your immediate family members & close friends."
