Other than a few occasional lulls, it's been going pretty strong ever since.

AFTER MONTHS OF ADVERTISING, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY COMMISSIONS even though my account earned and showed commissions! I was told that the delay between sales and payment would be a couple months in order for the affiliate network to guarantee the leads I submitted. Complete B.S. 5 months later and nothing! I was obviously one of the many sucked into this scam. To top it off, I asked several questions to the "service department" about how to make my ads more effective, like how to bypass the affiliate landing page when driving people to my landing pages in order to give an air of authenticity to my ads. The responses I received were all prefabricated and encouraged me to watch a video teaching me how to use google adwords. Complete B.S. If anyone is is considering seeking legal recourse, count me in.

Re: [Scam] Anthony Morrison/Hidden Millionaires Infomercial

Why is the FTC not all over this guy? I do internet marketing for a living and just for the heck of it I wanted to look into what was going and and not to my surprise I find that he is scamming people.

This is totally beyond me. And I can tell you if PPC is involved this is not someone you set and walk away from like the guy he said was traveling and made X amount of dollars while he worked his other job. PPC is like slot machine and you had better watch it closely.

Honestly if people want to make money online there are many ways to do so and not be scammed or be pressured into paying $4000 to get ahead.

The only thing I see what Anthony is doing here is making a HUGE affiliate program and lining his own pockets.

I was on the phone at the same time on was actually on this forum and saw all the scam related issues on Mr. Morrison. I stayed on the phone and after watched the infomercial I wanted to place my order. Then the agreed price as advertised was 19.95. Well then they wanted an additional 9.95 for S&H charges. I hung up directly after that Mr. Morrison has at that point already falsely advertised as far as I'm concerned.........

DONT DO IT

Re: [Scam] Anthony Morrison/Hidden Millionaires Infomercial

Where do I start... I was watching his beautiful practiced speech on a infomercial and I never thought I could ever endure such headaches. The infomercial was so beautifully planned and was so well rehearsed I was one of the MiLLions that was suckered in. I purchased the low rate of 19.95 for his books plus ship and handling. When I called I was offered a VIP learning center for 39.95 and 197.00 for a kit MEMBERSHIP AND OTHER JUNK. On the infomercial he said "its simple you put PLACE THESE adds and I make money"

People you have to by adds on yahoo, Google, msn, facebook etc. -WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD for low prices of 1.00 and up-if you times this by 100 adds YOU PLACE THEN YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED 100.00 DOLLARS (this is more then his books, he forgot to mention). This fee happens only when a person clicks on your add "pay per click" a person viewing your add might click on accident and you will be charged and they almost never fill out a survey or put their information for the promotion you are placing to advertise so you will not get paid.

Anthony doesn't make money Advertising himself because these promotions for example: $500.00 gift card to McDonald if you sign and are approved for 10 major different credit cards" ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO PROMOTE.

These are those ridiculous adds that pop up on your computer "like click here, you won a new laptop".

This is one of the many steps he forgot to mention, you go to Google and put your credit card info in and sign up for a advertising account-you advertise the items on the list Anthony provides-as many times as you want with a Google fee per add.
HE FORGOT TO MENTION THIS..

ANTHONY HOW MUCH DOES GOOGLE, MSN, FACEBOOK PAY YOU WHEN WE SIGN UP FOR A ADVERTISING ACCOUNT? YOU DIDN'T MENTION THIS EITHER?

DON'T BE FOOLED BY EVERY INFORMERCIAL YOU SEE...
REMEMBER THE PEOPLE TRYING TO SELL YOU SOMETHING HAS A BEAUTIFUL REHEREASED SPEECH AND DRIVES A LAMBORGHINI
I HAVE NEVER BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM A INFORMERCIAL AND NOW I NO WHY I STAY AWAY!
HE IS AWESOME AT DECEIVING PEOPLE INTO BUYING HIS MANY PRODUCTS... WITH HIS SENSITIVE LOOK, AND CARING VOICE...GOOD JOB ANTHONY I PURCHASED YOUR HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND OF COURSE RETURNED IT....

Anthony STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE THAT ARE EXCITED TO MAKE MONEY AND YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO TALK PEOPLE INTO DOING THIS JUST TO BENEFIT YOURSELF.... HE IS SMART THOUGH BECAUSE THE MORE PEOPLE SIGN ON WITH GOOGLE ACCOUNTS TO PLACE HIS ADDS HE GETS MONEY AND WHENEVER SOMEONE ACTUALLY FILLS OUT THE INFORMATION ON THESE RIDICULOUS PROMOTIONS HE CHARGES YOU A FEE AND ALSO HE SELLS HIS BOOKS.

YES THIS IS A SCAM......

TUES: 09-28-10

Well...just a few minutes ago-- at 4:00am Eastern Standard (New York City) Time-- the Anthony Morrison infomercial was on, which lead me to conduct a Google search and I found (among others) this forum.

I've only been reading for about 20 minutes, but IN that 20-minute-period, I have read enough to completely deter me from this "scam." Why do I call it a SCAM when I haven't even tried it...only known about it for 20 minutes? Because in my Google search, I found THIS IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE that this IS DEFINITELY a scam:

An actual News Program-- CBS's Atlanta Station/Channel 36 reported on Anthony Morrison and how the authorities have a few open cases/investigations on the matter...

»vzaar.com/videos/359170

Very interesting viewing. Too bad the story wasn't run here, on New York City's CBS Station (that I know of or can find online) so that people in LARGE CITIES can beware! But I imagine, they're targeting areas with smaller clusters of people (in dire economic straits) proves more profitable to them.

Sad...but everyone's claims/suspicions that this is a scam appear to be true after all.

Re: [Scam] Anthony Morrison/Hidden Millionaires Infomercial

Hi everyone,

If I was involved with this program (which I'm not) and was making good money, I would NOT visit forums and tell people it's not a scam. It would be counter-productive because by touting the program I would be inviting competition. I would, instead, let them turn other competitors away and I'd be perfectly happy with that. The less competition there is, the better. Simple fact!

Back in 1999-2000 I did what I called (at the time) traffic trading. I found a PPC SE that allowed direct links to their advertisers. They were the only PPC SE that I ever found that allowed this, so I capitalized on it. I used their highest paying results to create a directory, loaded it with their highest paying results and then bought their traffic for a penny (thousands of keywords) and sent them to my site, which was loaded with high-paying links.

I then bought traffic at loads of other PPC SE's for a penny and also sent them to my site. The result was that I made thousands. Whenever I found new, high-paying links I would build a page for that niche, buy more traffic and send thousands more to that page.

They soon caught on and changed their TOS and I was out of business, but it worked. Back them I had little to no competition so it was easy. Now, with everyone and their brother involved it's much, much tougher.

My point is, the idea behind this may work because, in a way, it's a bit similar to what I did. The difference here is, there's a middleman or two; the companies buying the customers/traffic and, maybe, MR Morrison. I didn't have much, if any competition. The other difference is the competition for the traffic. As we all know, there's a load of competition for PPC traffic. Try what I did back in '99 (if you could) and you'd probably fail or make very little because the competition is so fierce.

Back in '99 I told nobody what I was doing. It would have been a dumb move on my part. Here what you have is guys/gals visiting your forums to defend what is supposedly making them money and yet that makes absolutely no sense. They would be inviting competition. So they are either completely dumb or they a company people.

I just have to laugh when I see company people doing this on forums. The company is selling information, a "system", and that is what they are defending. The customers wouldn't defend the system (if the system worked) because it would affect their bottom line by creating additional competition.

If you went to a Real Estate auction and knew you were going to bid on a specific house, would you invite loads of people to the auction? No!

I've seen all kinds of scams over the years. Most of them were affiliate program scams. Whether this is a scam or not I couldn't honestly say unless I purchased the information and put it to use. But one thing I can say for certain, the people that are posting on here and touting the program are definitely either company people or completely stupid.

That's my long-winded, educated opinion.

Great forum guys/gals!
Roger
