| Service is out on 7jun08...
My teleblend service is not working this morning...was working fine at about 11pm last night, but when I got up this morning (7jun08), the line is dead. I restarted both internet and gizmo. I have an old SunRocket gizmo and the power light is on and the READY light is flashing...all other lights are out on the gizmo. I don't know if the problem is on my end or with teleblend...is anyone else having similar problems? |

| reply to dunkirk555 My service quit today, but it's not like any temporary outages in the past, this time the lights on my InnoMedia Gizmo (POWER, WAN and LAN) keep blinking continuously in an odd pattern with the green Power button flashing first, then the yellow WAN and LAN lights in that order over and over.
I'm afraid that something has happened to this original SunRocket gizmo that I got last March (when I signed up for two years and then SunRocket folded 4 months later) and it no longer works right. I have tried unplugging it and resetting it with the recessed RST button in the back but nothing works to make it return to a normal flashing mode.
I sent in a support ticket to Teleblend, but of course, have heard nothing back from them. I still have my PAP2 Linksys adapter from my VOnage service (that I signed up for during the Circuit CIty deal, but have not been able to use because they claim they cannot transfer my number over, so I've had to keep them and Teleblend at the same time).
I am going to switch to Mediacom phone service and have started that switchover. But it will take about 3 weeks. What should I do until then? I don't want Teleblend to send me some adapter they want returned in a few weeks (THe one I have now is SunRocket's) but I want people to be able to call me too.
Anyone ever seen this behavior with the Gizmo before? RIght now I have my Teleblend settings to forward calls to my Vonage number. Will that stop working if I manage to get ahold of anyone at Teleblend and tell them not to bill me for another month at the end of this month? |
