Slipping the ecstasy into an associates drink aside, his alleged crimes are either against him (prostitution), society (drugs), or investors (securities issues). These aren't victimless crimes, but they lean more towards the hurt-yourself-more-than-others type of crimes.
If you look at his life in general, he actually appears to be a fairly decent guy. Check out his list of philanthropic efforts including a variety of charities. Some of his main efforts resulted from the murder of his sister and ironically have been towards law enforcement, criminal justice, and victims rights. |
