Almost 100% of the time I get my full 10mb/1mb through Charter for $50 a month. No promo.

Ballwin, MO		 When I had charter's 10meg, was getting at times 10.7 megs. (higher modem caps). Now with 16meg, was told the modem is capped at 16.7 and I normally get 15.3-15.6 megs. The upload is very solid, always 1.9 meg upload.
