I agree completely.

We need to solve this one either in a FAQ on BBR .. or a page hosted elsewhere and linked here.

I would like to see information about the hardware summarized in one place rather than poking and prodding thru threads going back however many years.

I've been hosting some of the FP blades since last April, and even tho I configured, and maintain the blades, I can't always remember what they actually are.

Looking on the FoldyMonitor page, you see a nice listing of hosts and their reporting machines. Yet, no-where is there a summary of the equipment.

I feel when asking members or operators to consider upgrading equipment it would be much easier to make educated decisions if folks could see a roster of the hardware.

Also, for other non-operators that might wish to consider purchasing new or used gear, knowing how someone else configured it would be helpful.

Whether it can be done within the framework of the FAQ system here, a mod locked sticky thread here in the DC forum, or on an external site, on the same machine that hosts the foldy monitor, or somewhere else is not important to me. The level of difficulty in creating and maintaining such a list might be the real deal breaker.

My .02 cents worth.
