It was working fine and nothing is changed in preferences.
It may be damaged by higher voltage.
Any idea how to fix this?

You may get excellent signal strength from any AP, yet the noise level (analogue or digital) may produce unacceptable link quality. Your neighbour may put his own AP on the same channel. Or maybe somebody fired up his microwave oven, as you were doing your test. Or a dozen other possibilities, which can override raw signal strength, and not require you to change anything in preferences.

Maybe a site survey would be a good idea.

I think the OP is into running amps and very high EIRP. Thats what you get (EVM) when you run cheap amps and OFDM.

or 2.4GHz cordless phone. Or 2.4GHz analog on RF video camera (CCTV).

Can be badly transmitted signal (bad EVM as noted earlier, due to crummy amplifier or overdriven amplifier), or bad received signal due to interference or high noise floor due to use of cheap amplifier. In general, WiFi bi-directional amplifiers are a net-loss compared to better high gain omni or other antennas, so long as your radiated power is regulatory-compliant.
