on the .gov:

running 10s outbound test (client-to-server [C2S]) . . . . . 4.61Mb/s
running 10s inbound test (server-to-client [S2C]) . . . . . . 209.82kb/s
The slowest link in the end-to-end path is a 2.4 Gbps OC-48 subnet
Information [S2C]: Packet queuing detected

for some reason I get crap speeds to that (my S2C is easily over 300mbps on other places)
