I would like to see OP's SVT History
My customers history showed they were off line but I could see their computer's MAC and they could barely browse
Don't want to go into the 'solution' yet till I get more to work with
If someone in future with same problem does a search and finds this thread, maybe some progress can be made - who knows |

| I had a visit from the original installer today. He tried to re-aim/readjust my dish, but said he was getting "All green". He said that as far as all his tools tell him, my installation is good, but when he tried to connect (even using his laptop) he wasn't even getting enough of a connection most of the time to get to google's website. He said that he couldn't really tell much since my account had been FAP'd and left. He suggested that I upgrade my package so that I didn't keep going over the limit. I told him that I didn't know why I would upgrade my package when even when it isn't FAP'd it doesn't work very good and I don't see why I am going over. He said "Well when you do get the speed, you'll want the higher limits." Well if that day ever gets here I'll be amazed! |
