:To a degree, and true early on when the reviews first started.
These days it looks like everyone is creating packages, and what you are paying varies depending on what is bundled.
If my internet is $10 cheaper because I also have TV, then TV must also be considered, because for more and more of us, we can't look at just internet when making decisions on what to get or keep. There is a bigger picture, and a lot more information to gather and consider...
things like how is 911 handled on the phone service?
Are local stations on a dish?
Can cable handle a home alarm phone hook-up?
Until there is a dramatic shift, I don't see value pricing on individual components being offered. So internet connection, while important, is not complete picture for decisions.
Very true, but the reviews are based on speed, tech support, reliability, price of the internet service provider. But your points are still valid when your opinion for Comcast services in a bundle environment concern. The ratings are internet based (the chart with percentage selections - like Connection Reliability, which doesn't have anything to do with TV or Phone in the terms that they are meant for on this site) though.
