 Starconnect surfing problem

I have just noticed a problem while surfing the internet. I cannot open »support.microsoft.com/ unless I disconnect from the satellite and use dialup only. It says, Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. Microsoft update works fine on satellite. Does anybody else have a problem getting to that site while connected to the satellite? Is there something I can do to fix this problem? I have not ran across any other sites that I cannot access.

@wildblue.net

Go to a command prompt and type in ipconfig /flushdns

this flushes out your dns resolver cache. Then go to IE and clear your cookies, temp internet files including offline content.

This is done weekly to ensure you are not hoarding a bunch of old cached pages that are no longer valid.

Hey, Thanks for the suggestions. I did both of these and still have the same problem with that web page. Page opens fine on dialup only.

Does anyone else, with starconnect, have this website, support.microsoft.com, not opening while being connected on satellite?

Yes, I noticed yesterday that I could now access that site.
