I complained and got a discount because I wasn't getting the advertised speed.<br><br>Just like you I was also told it's only a matter of time before we finally get the 10/1 line.<br><br>What I don't understand it how at one point I actually was getting 10/1 for about 2 months and then all of a sudden went back down. <description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1079171"><b>lordpuffer</b></A> : I guess I am lucky compared to you......I am not getting the speed I am supposed to with the "Turbo" package, but your speed is terrible.  I would insist upon a technician to come out and check your whole setup to get you much better speed.....Maybe your modem is bad?  Do you have a network?  If so, maybe there's a problem with your router setup.  I'm sure there is a major problem and it can be fixed.  Good luck!]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1546998"><b>mr_alucas</b></A> : I did the exact same thing for all the same reasons! :)<br><br> the only difference is that you get 7.8Mbits during peak hours and I get somewhere in the 500Kbits to 980Kbits range.  :( during peak hours and this has been going on since APR 17 of 08 and still not fixed just runarounds and more call to the helpdesk and level 3 more times than I can count  <br>You&#146;re lucky you get 7.8Mbits after all it says at the bottom of Time warmers page for Roadrunner.<br><br><b>**Up to 8.0 Mbps is based on the speed from the local facility to your cable modem. Actual throughput speeds may vary.</b>]]></description>
